Drop-off
Bring it in any day between 8:45 am and 8:45 pm — no appointment. Our staff weighs it, you're done. We separate lights and darks, wash in Laundry Labs PowerPax 5-in-1 (or Tide, or Free & Gentle if you ask), dry, fold, and bag it.

Pickup & delivery
Schedule online, set your bag out, and we bring it back within about 24 hours. Same per-pound rate as drop-off with a $30 minimum. You'll get a text or email confirming your pickup window.
Want it on a schedule? Recurring weekly or biweekly pickups are available when you book — set it once and forget laundry exists.
How pickup works
- Book online. Pick a day; we confirm your window by text or email once the route is set.
- Bag it. Any bag works. Leave it where you told us — porch, office, front desk.
- We wash, dry, and fold. Lights and darks separated, your detergent preference noted on the order.
- Delivered back. Folded and bagged, usually within 24 hours.
Common questions
What time can I drop off, and do I need an appointment?
Drop-off is 8:45 am to 8:45 pm every day, and you never need an appointment. Walk in, hand it to our staff, and we take it from there. Most orders are ready the same day or the next day.
How fast is turnaround?
Same day or next day for drop-off. Pickup & delivery orders usually come back within 24 hours.
What detergent do you use?
Our default is Laundry Labs PowerPax 5-in-1, which cleans, softens, and freshens in one. We also keep a couple of Tide options on hand if you prefer them, and Free & Gentle fragrance-free is available for sensitive skin. You're welcome to bring your own for self-service.
What about hangers, sanitizer, or odor treatment?
Add-ons are available on any order: OXI sanitizer, OdoBan odor eliminator, vinegar rinse, fragrance-free detergent, and hang-dry for shirts and pants. Just tell staff when you drop off, or add a note when you book pickup. Add-on pricing.

Never run out of clean clothes. Prepay each month for a set number of pounds at a lower rate — and go over? You still pay your member rate, never full price.

Bulky bedding includes comforters, quilts, mattress protectors, and duvets. Pounds are deducted as we weigh each order; go over and the extra is billed at your plan's member rate. Pickup & delivery available as an add-on. Cancel anytime.
